About Jenn
Having a father who literally hummed or sang everywhere he went, made it easy for Jenn to find her life's passion early. Her earliest memories center on family sing-a-longs, boogie-woogie piano and fiddle tunes played at the lakes in Minnesota. Everyone sang and played an instrument. Jenn took up piano and violin in elementary school and went on to earn her B.S. degree in Opera Performance from the University of Denver.

After a stint at Opera Colorado, she moved to Los Angeles and then New York to sing, appearing frequently in the role of Musetta (La Boheme) with the Bel Canto Opera Company, San Gabriel Opera and then as part of the International Arts Festival in Chiari, Italy. She sang Turandot's Liu with the Opera Orchestra of Los Angeles.

A dual citizen of the United States and Latvia, Jenn's Latvian tour included concerts with the Gaujiena Symphony and Aumeister Chorale and recitals in Riga, Latvia. She won the MacDuff Opera Competition and was a Metropolitan Opera District Finalist. She has studied with Trish McCaffrey, Mark Schnaible, Maestro Bruno Rigacci (La Scala) and Kevin Murphy. She has been writing songs for over a decade and is delighted to be finding her voice with that work as well.
